These written exercises will help you with your manifesting.  They will help you clarify your intentions, and are great to use prior to a guided meditation.

Written Manifesting Exercise
This exercise is a way of understanding the manifesting process.  It will help you get clear about your intentions, and understand the formative energies behind the creation of your intentions.  I have used this exercise successfully at many manifesting groups, to help people understand and clarify their intentions in life, and manifest their preferences.

Written Exercises to Call forth the Assistance of Angels
These two exercises will help you request the assistance of angels.  You may want to use an exercise before a guided meditation or before you go to sleep at night.
