  LAWYER AARON HALL -- LIED IN COURT

Sajady's lawyer Aaron Hall lied in court.  He said he thought the scheduling order date of July 9 meant he had to just submit the discovery requests by then -- when he had mailed me a copy of the Scheduling Order himself, which said that all discovery was to have been completed by them. He has lied other times too, to be reported!
